that means is it is time for our annual 10,000 push-up challenge.

Many of you have done the 10,000 push-up challenge with us before and we are going to do it again this year.

The 10,000 push-up challenge is really a fun thing for me to do. I really enjoy it because I have heard so many people that do this challenge that complete the challenge and didn't think that they were going to be able to.

There are a lot of ways that you can complete the challenge.

You can do it individually, which is a little more than 300 push-ups a day for the month of February 28 days and you can you can get your

your 10,000 push-ups in that the rules of the 10,000 push-up challenge are easy. You do 10,000 push-ups and you're done.

You can do that in any way you want to.

You can do some in the morning, some in the middle of the day, some in the night,

you can split them up evenly or you can do a whole bunch of

pushups for a couple of days, take a few days off, or even you can see how fast you can get it done. You could do a thousand push-ups a day for 10 days and you would be done.

You could also do it as a team if you would like to. You can get with somebody who also is looking for a challenge
