Yesterday the online qualifier for the age groups in the Crossfit Open was announced. I have through the weekend to complete these 5 workouts and have already started on it! In this episode I get the first look at what workouts I will be completing and talk you all through what I am excited about, as well as what I am not looking forward to. 1:15.9	recording this on Thursday the 6th of May this is a day I've been looking
1:20.3	forward to because it is the day that the online qualifier for the age groups
1:27.2	is announced on the Cross Fit Open.
1:30.8	And so if you're unfamiliar with the Cross Fit Movement and the Cross Fit Open. And so if you're unfamiliar with the cross fit movement, the cross fit open is a worldwide
1:37.0	fitness competition and it is really to figure out who is the best in the world and those individuals both men and women will go to the
1:46.8	crossfit games and compete in person.
1:49.4	There are opportunities for the rest of us and that is it comes in the age group divisions.
1:55.8	They have divisions that start at I think 30 and move on up to the division that I'm in, which is 50 to 54.
2:05.0	And what they did is they take the top 10% of the people who have finished in the open,
2:11.0	the worldwide competition. If you you finished in the top 10% of your age group, you move
2:16.8	on to what is called the age group online qualifier.
2:21.9	And that has just been announced.
