hey everybody it's physical Friday and today we're talking about habits that turn into behavioral change. I've had some experiences in my life where I have applied this to my own life, but I'm not three-time Crossvent Games champion like Jason Grub.

We had him on the podcast and I really like to talk to people like him that have achieved

something and then defended it and achieved it again and again that you know that works.

That is something that works. And so I ask him about behavioral change and how someone might, you know, lose a lot of weight or change their habits so that they can exercise regularly.

Well I think on the behavior shift I'll start there I I really believe

in the idea of tiny habits or I think it's tiny or atomic habits which this idea

of making really slight micro changes, building micro habits that lead to major

So for me, it was, I go to the.m. class. This is what I do every day. That's just it. So when I

started I didn't know that the 9 a.m. class was going to be fun, but I just decided like, I think 9 a.m.
