So you know everybody has heard that we need eight glasses of water a day.

That's just a good rule of thumb.

It's not, I don't think there's anything scientific about specifically eight glasses of water a day, but we need to stay hydrated.

I encourage people to have at least half their body weight and ounces of water a day.

And if not, they could, I want them to in ounces of water a day.
