Summary

In this episode I talk about how to workout when on the road with a little bit of equipment. This workout was borrowed from Dan John, who has a 10,000 kettlebell swing challenge! This is a modified version to get 500 swings in a shorter period of time. To accomplish this, do the kettlebell swing (Russian or American version) + a pressing exercise. For example: 5 rounds of 10 swings, 1 pushup, 15 swings, 2 pushups, 25 swings, 3 pushups, 50 swings with a 30 second break.
