I lead an active lifestyle as a guide…why do I need to workout even more?” I received this question from a listener.  Guides and athletes that engage in only one form of exercise stand a chance to develop overuse injuries resulting from repetitive motion over a long period of time.  Incorporating some strengthening exercises for opposing directional movements can go a long way to making sure that you are able to continue doing what you love for much longer.
