In this Physical Friday segment, Tom shares a quick travel workout that can be done anywhere, even without a deck of cards. The workout involves marking off 10 yards and doing one exercise on each side, such as burpees and pushups. Sometimes the deck of cards can be problematic because it's windy. There are situations like on a beach for example

I will step off 10 yards, which is 30 feet, and I will draw a line in the sand with my foot on one side of that.
