Addison let's get right to our question today. Hello, Joel and Antonia.

I have been listening to your podcast for quite some time now.

I have several questions that I would like your guidance with, and they revolve around being

an ENFJ.

From several different sources, I have learned that being a giver creates a lot of advantages

and disadvantages.

For one, I am always asked by friends to provide guidance because I understand people and know just what

to say and do at the right time to help others grow.

With that being said, my friend circle has grown quite massive.

Being a recent college graduate, I find myself questioning who really gives back to me from

my friends.

My givers cup is quite empty now.

I am turning to those infamous dark thoughts of an ENFJ, feeling alone even

in the midst of people and seeking the approval of others. This is a rather new thing

for me because I always tend to have everything together.

My question to you guys is, how can an ENFJ learn to center themselves and have the independence

like my sister who is an ENFJ has. She doesn't need many people and is

more grounded. How can an ENFJ learn to draw distinction between all of their friends that are

more like acquaintances.
