I'm an I.N.JJ lock lurk at her firm. She is repeatedly asked me to organize her

workload, work environment, and schedule. I've attempted to implement TE-like solutions.

I see how she finds energy, focus, and purpose in this heightened state of emergency and I want to find organizational techniques that capitalize on her strengths, although it may be difficult to tell from this letter, I love working with her.
