I am your host for this episode, Jeff Harmon, and it is time for our 2019 goals and predictions

episode. This is one of the funnest ones of the year. I really love this one. And to do that with me today I have Brent Bergherm and Connor Hibbs. How are you guys?

Hey, doing well. Doing really well. Excellent. So glad to have you on

Connor it's been a bit you've been busy. Yeah seriously very much so

I'm I'm finally at a point where I have a little bit of free time on my hands but even that is to say I'm busy but it's just like feels manageable now.

Right, right.

Okay, let's jump right into it because this episode's going to be a long one I think.

We have a lot to cover.

First we have to dish out the accountability.

First we have to talk about last year, like what we said in late in 2017 we were going to do in 2018 the

goals stuff like that so we're going to start off with talking about the goals

that we set last year.

And to do that, I'm going to bring back a voice

that nobody's heard for a very long time,

our own Jim Harmer. we'll review some of the stuff that that he said because he was still

very much a part of the show last year at this point and and boy do we miss him he's such a great friend we all love Jim so much but here

let's listen to his first goal

i want to spend some time kind of going over instead of predictions for the next year
