New eviction moratorium is destroying my mother-in-law to pile on the loss of her mother last month. The renters in her only rental property are not paying rent.

Not because they can't afford it, but because of past drama and the newest eviction moratorium that covers a county in Iowa, I don't want to read it.

I want your listeners to hear a real story of landlords getting absolutely screwed by these unconstitutional laws being put in place by the administration.

Where is the relief for small landlords like my mother-in-law she has one property along with her own house she cannot pay two mortgages she's going into debt and cannot even pay her own bills.

This hit home for me because I've been in situations like this before my life someone woke up today and they have a lot more money and bills than they have money to pay.
