needed win, Derek. They got this one, and they pretty much got it done pretty easily early.

A nice run by Detroit at the half to push it and cut the lead to five.

But coming out of that third quarter, they put them away and they never looked back.

Yeah. Look, there was a brief moment where it was like, oh, man, they had a real nice lead there

in the first half. Could they let this one get away? The third quarters have not historically been

good to this team here throughout the early ports of the season, but they came out and right from the jump, they were

executing really well offensively. I thought that was spearheaded by Tyrese

who, you know, we were a little critical here during our watch along of some of the shot

selection from him in that first half, but he came out and it looked like he had a purpose to him in terms of being a set-up man creating for others and running an offense that you didn't see from him in the first half. And I thought the offense, for the most part, moved the ball well in the first half, but Tyrese was maybe the one exception to that. So for him to come out, have a little bit of a renewed focus in that regard, have a renewed focus defensively as well

and help get them out on the break.
