But as we talk about South Philly or downtown, that can only mean one thing.

And that is the latest discussion about the new arena proposal for the Philadelphia 76s. We know when we

last discussed this, what was that, earlier in the summer, talking about the Camden side of things.

And now we're back downtown or South Philadelphia. But there are some new developments with it,

with the proposal in general, a lot to really dive into as we discuss things today

and really kind of lean towards where you all would feel best about the arena, not that it is

all about us or you, but just in general, of course, because we're not putting any money up for it.

But there is a big discussion about it. So with the latest, of course,

we'll start with Kyle on this one, get some of the developments of how things laid out.
