Derek Bodner joined by Rich Hoffman to talk about something we haven't had very much practice doing,

which is a loss.

The last time we spoke about a loss was opening night.

Sixers had reeled off eight in a row not to be tonight.

And Derek, they did it in the NBA Cup.

How could they do this to us?

Yeah.

It's clearly the fault of the courts, those bright red courts, distracted.

Everyone on the Sixers, that's why they shot six for 22 from three-point range.

The only explanation I could come up with.

By the way, that court is an absolute disgrace.

Awful.

And I've probably received more pushback on that than I expected, but between the bright red and just the overall, like, I find the lack of

differentiation between inbounds and out of bounds distracting me. I think that's a real design

flaw. The purpose of a court should be so you can see where you are on it, and I think that's

fundamentally tougher on these. And I just think it's ugly, but I've received a surprising

amount of pushback on that. That's proof that people will push back against absolutely everything.

Yeah.

You make a statement online, you will get pushed back for it.
