Rich as Joel Embed drops a franchise record 70, 70 on his Monday night over victim, Wembeyanma and the San Antonio Spurs. I'm Devon Givens. Breathe with us. How about that one? Devon, first off, I'd like to say happy birthday, Derek. And, you know, if anybody remembers from November, October, I was the jinx guy. I was the guy who would come in here when they would have their worst performance. What a night, man. I mean, 70 points.

You know, honestly, coming in here, I thought, okay, this is going to be a fun game, right? We're going to have MB'd against Wembeeniyama. Sixers are probably going to blow him out. It'll be over by the end of the third quarter, kind of a home win. Yep. Nope. They did not blow them out. I mean, they did kind of blow him out,

but not to the degree that would keep Joel Embed away from setting history. And it was just an amazing performance, man. I'm still just in all of this guy. Yeah, it was amazing. And look, we've talked about, and it's funny because Rich and Bree and I, we were all talking during the game because, as Rich said, it was a blowout. He had 59 in three quarters. He was done. And we were looking saying, is he going to come back in here? And the thing was, just simply to get 60. Get that extra point. Get 60. Sit down. That's his new career high. Not a franchise record or anything like that. Just get the 60, the career high. It's different from the Knicks game because they were getting rocked. They were getting blown out that night. So what were you doing messing with the basketball guys like he was that evening? But we were looking at it and simply saying, all right, it seems like you can bring him back in seven minute mark or do you start him at the beginning of the fourth quarter like we saw in the

past with Nick Nurse because he's a guy who understands the record books and he understands

the history of basketball and getting guys their personal records and it's not messing up the game in any way, shape, or form.

But this one, he came back out.

And I got to tell you guys and gals, six of fans out there,

I was surprised that he came back in just because of what happened before.

The backlash that Nick Nurse and Joel and B took for that Nick's game,

again, different result, but same thing.

Does he need to be out there? But once he came back out there and you just recognize what greatness is folks we talk about this all

the time greatness in a simple form right a guy has an opportunity to go out there and get the 60
