Chuck, you really earned that status, the piece you put out today

and what you're going to be putting out tomorrow, your conversation with Brent Flair, just

really making my life super easy, uh, but some really, you're welcome, really, some really good

stuff, uh, in your, uh, what's the director of player development? What's Brent Flair's like he's the official

role assistant general manager um I don't know if he has a specific title aside from AGM okay

but functionally he is the guy who runs the draft like he is their draft guru and while he

doesn't he used to essentially be the i think it was like the vp or

something of you know prospect development he isn't anymore it's but he still very clearly has

his hands in a lot because he's the guy who drafted these guys he knows them very well so he very

clearly has a a hand in making decisions about player development and things like that.

He isn't quite at the level he was at when he was the functional number two under Chuck Fletcher.

But, and this is actually something that's worth pointing out. We'll get into the piece in more detail a little bit.
