I want to begin with some good news this hour.

That is that they got the cop killer and they got him in custody last night about 2 a.m. in Camden, New Jersey.

It appears to be very much that this is part of a larger car-jacking ring.

The other guys in custody are still looking for two more guys involved in this cop killing of a beloved Philadelphia police officer.

I want to play you a little bit from the press conference today, the Philadelphia police had.

They answered a lot of questions. They gave a lot of details about his capture.

Clearly, they are alluding to the fact that this is an organized car-jacking ring that goes outside of our city boundaries,

but they are not giving too specific details on that, but it is very clear from the subtext.

Take a listen.

We believe that individual participated in the theft of the vehicle and was subsequently involved in the shooting homicides of officerities,

officer Mendez, as well as the individual that was with them, Jesus Durant.

We believe that one of these accomplices was responsible for firing a firearm which shot all three of these individuals.

That is what the evidence has shown us at this time.

That is preliminary, but that is right now what we have.
