Welcome to our Friday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today is the end of my first week teaching verse by verse through the book of

Philippians and we're now in Philippians chapter 2 verse 1.

So we are progressing, but I tell you there's just so much great information here.

This is an insight into the man who wrote half of the books of the New Testament.

God used him to lay a foundation that is still affecting us today and

praise God that these writings of Paul are preserved.

It just gives us an insight into his heart.

Let me just quickly say that I'm using my computer.

I don't typically do this, but I've got a living commentary that I've written

footnotes on over 27,000 verses in the Bible.

And I've got things written here that it just saves me having to turn around in scripture and do things.

So I'm using it for convenience.

This is not my normal method of teaching, but that's an explanation for what we're doing.
