We all desire to have more joy in our lives, but there are many things that can easily discourage us.

Philippians 2, 5 through 8, have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus,

who though he was in the farm of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped,

but he emptied himself by taking on the farm of a servant, being born in the likeness of men.

And being found in human farm, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death

Now, can we even begin to comprehend how challenging it must have been for Jesus, who was and is God, was here before the foundation of time,

involved in creation, all-powerful, all-knowing, to empty himself and be willing to come here and do what he did for us.
