I think you're going to learn some very valuable things.

First of all, let me say that although Jesus was a man of many sorrows

and acquainted with grief, he possessed a deep joy beyond anything that the world could offer.

As he faced the terrible death on Calvary, he spoke to his disciples and said,

these things I have spoken unto you that my joy might remain in you and that your joy might be full.

He said, I'm telling you these things because I want you to have joy

and not just any kind of joy, but my joy.

John 1010 is one of my favorites.
