Calvary Church is dedicated to doctrine, and we want you to experience the life change that comes

from knowing God's word and applying it to your life. So we explain the Bible verse by verse,

every chapter, every book, this is expound. Well, we're in Philippians chapter 3, so let's turn in our Bibles and we'll see how far

we get. Let's have a word of prayer. Father, essentially we've been praying for the last 30 minutes.

In every song that we have sung, that either remind us of you or our petitions or adorations directly to you,

or the time of prayer where we broke up in little groups and we prayed for specific

requests.

Lord, it's all been to you.

We've been speaking to you, singing to you.

And once again, we come before you and ask you in particular to open up our hearts,

our minds, help us to not be distracted, but to open

ourselves to what your Holy Spirit, whom we believe is present in a unique way when two or three

are gathered in your name like this, what you can do inside each life or all of our lives corporately as a congregation.

We give you the permission to do whatever you need to do.

We open up our hearts intentionally to be encouraged, to be challenged, to be instructed, to be rebuked, to grow.

And now, Father, as we're speaking to you, we pray you would speak to us

so that we can walk away knowing that we've had a dialogue with our God in heaven.
