Today our teacher Dr. J. Bernam McGee takes us through what he calls one of the most important theological

passages of the Bible.

I'm Steve Sweats, welcoming you aboard the Bible bus for our study in Philippians

2, where we'll put our magnifying glass on the person of Jesus and ask basic questions like

who is he? How do we follow him and what does it mean to be like him? So while you

grab your Bible and get comfortable, let's hear a couple of letters from our fellow

listeners. First from Brooklyn in Tulare, California. I'm 18 years old and the first time

I learned about you was when my mom found some of Dr. McGee's commentary books at a local thrift store.

I grew up in a Christian home. We went to church and I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior at a young age.

But until I read Dr. McGee's books, I didn't realize how shallow my relationship with the Lord was.

Now I'm closer than ever and am always learning new things about God's love.

I get so much joy when we discuss God's word together.
