Summary
With the use of a regulatory-compliant framework that connects tokenization with real assets, Swarm Fund is allowing investors better and easier access to those assets than traditional capital markets. The Swarm Fund framework is not only being applied to professional and alternative asset classes, but also to the realm of impact investing. This is allowing a variety of organizations that may not have otherwise had the ability to reach a global crowd of investors and generate both social and financial benefits.
There are 35 funds and 11,000 investors already on the Swarm Fund platform, and the numbers are growing. “We can actually make this a community-owned marketplace that over time is owned and governed by the community; we’ve just laid out the framework for that,” says Philipp Pieper, CEO of Swarm Fund.
