You may think as a Bible teacher, ooh, I've got to be careful.

I don't want to make an exegetical mistake here.

I think teachers can approach the song of songs with a lot of freedom.

A lot of freedom to explore this human-level relationship, really get into the imagery and the poetry of the book.

And then always keep in mind, you read it with a kind of bifocal vision.
