We had talked last year, May 2018, about his book titled Behind the Wall of Illusion, the Religious, occult, and Esoteric World of the Beatles. He is an author. His name is Sean McLeod, and he is coming to us

from Ireland. But tonight we're going to talk about a book he wrote on a very important figure in

American music, really world music, Phil Spector. And the title of his book is Phil Spector, Sound of the

Hi. Thanks for agreeing to the interview. Really interesting subject. I didn't know the totality

of Spector's influence. I knew that he was important. I don't have a musical background,

but after reading through your book, I was very surprised at how many people looked to him as

I mean even like you finished the book saying about Lenin talking about how important he was and

we can get into that but you also published a book not only behind the wall of illusion but leaders

of the pack girl groups of the 60s and 1960s and their influence on popular

culture in britain and america so uh you definitely have a few other titles out there but uh maybe

we can start just talk a little bit about your background for people who didn't hear our last

interview and how you became interested interested in the subject of Phil Specter.
