and that is the time he spent in the District of Columbia,

which anybody could understand,

just so with their working knowledge of that place.

And I was there for two years with the Bureau of the FBI.

It's probably one of the crappiest cities I've ever been in,

but be that as in May, William,

I mean, I know you've got war stories and stuff,

but there's a lot going on there, and there's a lot that you saw in the era in which you were very heavily involved

with the District of Columbia.

And what is that time period, by the way?

Well, I was there for law school between 95 to 98,

so I was kind of there during, you know, the latter parts.

Well, actually, it was the latter parts of Clinton's first administration

and then the beginning parts of the second.
