So nice to talk to you, Phil. Thanks for having me on. It's been a couple of months that we've been driving to locations across the county

and just taking inventory of these places that taxpayers have bought and that our

homeless population desperately needs.

The county bought 2,157 units over years times.

And currently there are 1538 that are empty.
