to fill in in the big boy chair. As you heard from Deborah at the top of the hour, we just had an

earthquake. They're saying now 4.7 east of Barstow. Now it's a 4.9. Now it's a 4.9. So these preliminary

numbers often change and we'll of course stay on that story. I'm going to be with you for the next

three hours. We have a lot to talk about. Of course, much of it has to do with politics.

We're going to talk about the presidential campaign. We're going to talk about the presidential campaign.

We're going to talk about the choice that Vice President Harris has for a running mate.

See what the latest is on that. We're going to hear from her from her first campaign appearance since she became the, I guess we call that the presumptive nominee.

Hopefully you'll learn something the next few hours.

But the big news, of course, continues to be the political race. Over the weekend, neither one of

the candidates, Harris or Trump actually were out on the campaign trail yesterday. They let their

surrogates do the morning shows and then continue

spreading their message. Although we did hear what would be considered maybe not too sophisticated

critiques from each side. They calling Trump's say, what Trump has to say has been described

as, quote, weird. And former President Trump described Vice President Harris as, quote, a bum.

So things are certainly going to get interesting over the next 100 days.
