But I figured there's a lot of people like me who watch Bourdain and say,

he's amazing, I'm never doing that.

And maybe just getting off the couch is a step out of your comfort zone.

So if I can get you just to go to the next town, just to see what else is out there, just to expand your horizons a little bit.

And I think if you can open a mouth, like taste a new food, if you can open a mouth, you can open a mind.
