There is a certain delight in a ritual to sitting down and getting the menu and kind of

entering this world, the world of a restaurant.

When we do the show, nine times out of ten, I am surprised.

We've read in advance, probably months before, what they're famous for.

I've promptly forgotten it until I get to the restaurant.

The shock and delight that you see on my faces is completely genuine.

There's no acting on the show.

I am really happy to be there and to be surprised.

Except when it's bugs.

This is the sportful.
