It's Dan here once again, and does anybody not like Phil Rosenthal?

What's not to like?

He is probably the most beloved person in the entire world of food.

And that's well earned because he's

nice and kind and funny and he really loves to eat. And I saw that in this week's reheat when I

hang out with him and have lunch together. We swap menu strategies and dissect the role of food in his

hit sitcom. Everybody loves Raymond. Of course, we talk about his hit Netflix show, somebody feed Phil.

And he also reflects on his

relationship with his parents who were Holocaust survivors who didn't understand their son's love

of fine dining. I also wanted to replay this one for you because Phil has a new book out this

week. It's called Phil's favorites. It's a cookbook featuring recipes from family, friends, and

renowned chefs around the world. In keeping with Phil style, it is a great book for people

who love to eat just like Phil. It's all of his personal favorites. I'm sure you're going to love it.
