0:23.5	My co-host this week, as always, is Cleveland Area Attorney and sometime Republican strategist Jay Carson.
0:30.1	Our top story this week is the report by the State Department's Inspector General on Hillary Clinton's email practices while she was Secretary of State.
0:38.4	The IG concluded that Clinton's use of personal email was inappropriate, both in terms of
0:43.5	preservation of government records and, much more importantly, for the significant security
0:47.8	risks it posed. Now, the report also concluded that Clinton not only never bothered to ask
0:53.1	about email procedures, but when some
0:55.3	State Department staffers raised the issue, they were warned never to speak of the Secretary's
1:00.3	personal email system again. So what did you think about that report, Jay? Well, I, you know,
1:06.3	the Inspector General's kind of calling it like he sees it. And actually, we should post a link to the
1:12.5	report on the Facebook page or something. Because I'm a big believer in original documents and
1:16.3	people being able to look at it and make up their own mind. But yes, I think this email thing is
1:23.2	a pretty big deal. And, you know, I know a lot of folks from the political aspect say it's not.
1:30.5	And I've even agreed from a political aspect.
1:32.3	It's probably not because it doesn't change what her supporters think.
1:37.5	But if you step back and just think about what she did and how sort of inexcusable it is for anybody who works in any sort of job
1:46.7	with any sort of online security. This is, again, it's sort of mind blowing. Yeah. I want to get
1:57.0	your sense on it because I don't know whether you'd try to come to her defense on this,
2:03.0	but.
2:04.0	Well, one of the, you know, one of the defenses, many defenses that Hillary Clinton's people have trotted
2:09.7	out, which is never a good sign when you have, you know, serial defenses when one doesn't
