When I was poking around about this last weekend, one of the caveats that I picked up was even though they have a formula.

And it's a clear formula.

Defensive coach, no head coaching experience, get the right guy,

and hope that he stays as long as possible.

This time around is the guy who's been a head coach for 18 years.

And he's 62.
