It's a Tuesday edition of PFTPM.

As you know, I try to do this once a week during the off season.

A lot of it is driven by the news or lack thereof.

There really wasn't a lot to do today, wasn't going to do an episode. Then came the news from Rob Mottie of the Associated Press that Diana Rossini has resigned from the athletic

during its internal investigation arising from the photos that emerged one week ago, late Tuesday afternoon.

You know the backstory by now.

If you don't, there's plenty of content out there

where you can get up to speed photos of Rucini

and Patriots coach Mike Vrabel at a resort in Sedona, Arizona.

The photos are what they are.

The statements from Vrable and Rucini are what they are, denials of anything untoured,

inappropriate, unsavory.

The athletic initially issuing a very strong statement in support of Rusini.

That all happened as the New York Post first published the photos. Then the story,

as some stories do, continue to develop and evolve. And by the end of the week, the athletic,

without using the word suspended, the athletic said she will not be reporting while it investigates

the situation. That was Friday.

There hadn't been many significant developments since then.

There was some reporting that some of the staff at the athletic and its parent company

in the New York Times had some concerns about the way the company has handled it.

But there hadn't been anything significant.

There hadn't been any development as to the story itself
