Ralph, we've got Iowa State's AD threatening to pull away from the big ten and s cc we'll

have to talk what that's all about and it's mailbag episode first tony patiti speaks and just

for a little context here ralph the big ten is having their spring meetings in at the terranaya

resorts on a cliff in Southern California where the rooms are generally

about 7,800 a night, not being too critical there. But I think what's notable is if you follow

college football for years, you have seen the SEC goes to Destin, Florida right after Memorial Day

for their meetings. And you see constant coverage and quotes because every coach and every AD and

Greg Sankey at some point get in front of a mic. The Big Ten up till this point was very private

with their event. They basically didn't want the media there, but they changed

course this year. There's a bunch of media there. And Tony Petiti spoke for an hour on Tuesday

evening, Ralph. And not that he hasn't spoken about the 2014 playoff before, but I feel like this was

his first time kind of in front of a group, really making an impassioned case for it. I feel like this was his first time kind of in front of a group, really making an

I also think this was his first time from a position of strength, right?

I think that was an interesting part about what's going on now.

He has the backing and the support of a lot.
