Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

I am sitting literally on the shore of the Sea of Galilee at Capernum.

And I want to thank everyone for praying for my daughter.

She safely made it back to Kansas,

and especially to two of the members of the Rosary Movement in Detroit, actually

Ipsilante.

Thank you for your willingness to give hospitality to Theresa.

She's making this journey.

So we thank Jen and Abel Thompson.

So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

All those we've promised to pray for, especially for the healing of Olivia and Margot

through the intercession of Blessed Pauline Jericho.

Now we're all familiar with the story of Peter walking on water.

A small boat threatened with wreckage by an unrelenting storm, but this time a very strange variation. The men in the boat look across the water and they see a man.

How can it be a man? He's walking to them through the storm and he's walking on the water. Now everyone in the boat is

understandably astonished who wouldn't be but one of them has a completely

unexpected reaction. He squinted through the pounding rain at this

miracle, this wild fantastical sight and he thinks, I want to do that and he calls out to the Lord

Lord if it's really you tell me come to you let me try. And Jesus says, come, and Peter steps out and he walks on the water. At least he does until he starts to think, sink. Our Father

who aren't in heaven, hallow would be your name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
