Today I'm going to be joined by The Shrink for Entrepreneurs, my personal mindset coach, Peter

Shalard.

Hey, if you're an entrepreneur, you probably got into the business that you're in because you wanted

a better life for yourself and your family.

But have you ever noticed that when you start a business, sometimes you're less happy than

before you started your business?

I know I've experienced that in my life where I'm doing well, I'm seeing

success, but I'm becoming a workaholic. I'm not doing the things I enjoy because I'm working

all of the time and for whatever reason I'm less happy as a result. Why is it that as entrepreneurs, we sometimes get exactly

what we wanted and yet we're not happy? Well, we're going to figure that out today with my coach,

Peter Shalard. Peter works with a great number of entrepreneurs with both his personal practice

and his business, which

is called commit action.

And he works on entrepreneurs with entrepreneurs in order to address this problem.

Because what he has discovered through his background is that entrepreneurs are really good

at delaying gratification.

In fact, so good that we make ourselves miserable.
