Executive Peter Moore. Moore is a lifelong red and he explains how he came to

take the job of his dreams, his decision to leave in the summer,

his replacement Billy Hogan, his legacy and his thoughts on FSG who Sedaya celebrating 10 years in charge of the club.

The podcast was recorded the

morning after the defeat to Aston Villa and Paul starts by asking Peter how

it feels purely to be a fan again. Other than last night yeah yeah, it's great.

Yeah, I know it's obviously, you know, lifetime of a fan. I mean, 60 odd years of a fan. So, it's easy to put my shirt back on as I did last night and cheer for the team and you know and not have to worry about showing elegance courtesy decorum in the directors box.

So now it's fine.

And last night I'm sure it was just a little bit of a speed problem.

Yeah, a crazy game.

And I just want to go back to your first phase of the club then back in June 2017.

I think it was announced a little bit earlier that you were going to join later that year.

And Kala, they're all come about and what were your feelings at at the time because it must have been a bit of a dream come through for yourself?

Yeah, you know I'd I've been over quite a bit prior that I was a boardroom member in the new mainstand and so I had joined you know as kind of a

super fan if you like at that point and was flying over from San Francisco every opportunity

that I possibly could to enjoy my

boardroom seats in the wonderful new main stand and during that period of time I

was contacted as these things often happen through an executive recruiter and lengthy conversations ensued between the recruiter and then ultimately FSC ownership and finally you know after

understanding what the role was said yes and I think the announcement had to be
