1:00.8	We were at the King's Awards for Enterprise, which obviously sort of celebrates the best of British business at Winter Castle.
1:07.7	What stands out for you on evenings like that?
1:13.6	Well, just the sheer breadth of talent and where it comes from. The great thing about that was just walking around. I met people
1:18.7	from the northeast. You meet people from all parts of the country and they're all totally thrilled
1:25.9	to bits to be there. And it was just lovely.
1:28.4	And I met businesses who were really small, very community-based, but doing extraordinary things.
1:36.0	And I'm always aware that right now, up and down the country, there are people who are doing things in a new way.
1:42.7	They're doing things that are genuinely impactful for people's lives and creating wealth
