And, oh, God, that was a great win for downstate New York,

for the suburbs, for Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester.

But really, all we did was protect our sovereignty and keep things equal.

To me, you can't have New York City living off the hardworking taxpayers in their own Suffolk County.

Well, remember, it was $350 million in the Treasury of New York City.
