We have much to do and luckily we have a couple of hours in which to do it.

We've got Nick Freeman coming up a little bit later on in the show, lawyer and road safety campaign.

And he's got some more news on the e-bike front.

He wants to tell us why e-bike riders are speeding more than ever now and nobody seems to

be able to control them even though technically speaking an e-bike is actually a

motor vehicle of one kind or another so it should actually be properly treated as

such it should be properly licensed it should be properly licensed. It should be properly registered and it

should be actually able to be tracked down. Whether you've borrowed it, whether you've rented it,

whether you own it, and you should be fined and you should be given a speeding fine in the same way

that you would be given one if you were driving an electric car. Peter Hitchie is also here. We're going to

talk to him about his big subject this week in his column, which is all about the drug debate.

The drugs lobby have finally been proved wrong. He says we'll also talk a little bit about the NHS.
