Peter Georgescu.

He's the former chairman and CEO of Young and Rubicamp. Today, his focus is on

inequality in America and the risks, he says, it poses. Born in Romania, he was separated

from his parents for years when the iron curtain fell and sent to a work camp with his brother

when he was just nine years old. The dramatic story of how he and his

brother ended up in America after President Eisenhower intervened. He lived the American dream

and now warns of the consequences of the growing opportunity gap. America doesn't really

understand the fact that we have two countries.

We have 20% or so of Americans where life is about as good as it gets.

And then we have the other America, half a mile away, maybe a couple miles away, another zip code.

And the people on the other zip codes can hear the music from the country club.

Why he says the private sector must step up and do more to fight inequality.

Despite the country's challenges, he has no doubt that America's best days are ahead.
