U.S. economy. John Carney from Brightbar, we're always honored to have you on

especially given how busy you are. John, would you please give us first your overall response

to what's happening, your predictions about what this

is going to do to the economy,

and how this is going to affect people?

You know, there's a lot of talk about holiday shopping and I know

that the news networks tend to love to run with that like oh people's holiday

shopping. I'm more concerned with the day-to-day like going I'm at the point now

with holiday shopping where it's like everybody's getting a card, you know, Merry Christmas and we're moving on.

Grocery store wise, like what are we looking at if this strike continues?

Well, we will have a shortage of fruit if it goes on.

You're going to have bananas, apples, lots of fruits and vegetables that come in.
