0:40.9	but because it's not even the most insidious lie that we believe, but rather it's the most
0:48.8	insidious because we're not aware of it. And so it's beneath the operating system of what it is to be human
0:57.6	which is the illusion of separation there there's a you over there there's a me here
1:03.0	and then there's the world out there and as I affectionately remind people as long as
1:08.1	you think yourself to be separate then you have no choice but to survive.
1:13.1	And if you can look at that through the lens of just pure physicality, right?
1:17.6	If we, by design, are under the impression that we are separate, then the imperative of every mammal and certainly humans is you just got to do what are you got to do to make it.
1:29.7	And certainly with the primordial imperative of belonging as well.
1:33.5	So then I have to become who I think I have to become in order to be accepted by the gang.
1:37.7	So the coupling of those two leads to a lot of suffering.
