Join MPW Digital football expert Pete DeWeese and 247Sports’ Neal McCready for a look each week at Ole Miss’ opponent as the Rebels go through the 2025 football season. This week, the sixth-ranked Rebels wrap up the regular season with a critical Egg Bowl date in Starkville against Mississippi State. After beating Florida two weeks, Ole Miss (10-1 overall, 6-1 in the Southeastern Conference) looks to close out the regular season and wrap up a College Football Playoffs bid versus a reeling Mississippi State (5-6, 1-6) at Davis Wade Stadium (11 a.m. CST, ABC). This week, DeWeese focuses on Mississippi State’s two-quarterback attack that will try to give Pete Golding and Co. fits in Starkville.

1:06.5	We'll probably run this on a Tuesday, so they'll still be 6th in the college football playoffoff as we get closer to the end of the season, the Rebels and the Mississippi State Bulldogs in Starbill on Black Friday.
