But yesterday, we were pretty much finished up talking about,

he's still talking about elections, the numerical majority, things like that.

So I'm just going to jump right back in.

So here we go. That the numerical majority will divide the community let it be ever so

homogenous into two great parties which will be engaged in perpetual

struggles to obtain the control of the government has already been established.

The great importance of the subject at stake must necessarily form strong party attachments and party antipathies.
