Kerry Pickett's column in the Washington Times today. Many congressional Democrats do not plan to attend Donald Trump's inauguration on Monday,

but they're not calling it a boycott.

Anyway, at Trump's first inauguration, more than 60 Democratic lawmakers boycotted the event because they said Trump was an illegitimate, dangerous president.
