Donald Trump wants him to be the sec death, the Secretary of Defense.

Pete Higseth went through the Senate confirmation hearing yesterday,

and during the hearing, senators questioned him about his past comments on women in combat.

Also accused accusations of his personal misconduct, his overall views on military leadership.

But despite all that, he was backed by a lot of veterans,

and a lot of people thought that he did a really good job during the hearing. Do you think he's good looking? I do.

Really? Yes. Okay. All right. That was very quick. You were very quick on the draw on that answer.

Okay. I thought he did wonderful yesterday. I did try to listen to some of it throughout the course of

day I was out running errands,

but one of the things he did very well, and this is a real art, and I'm sure his years in

television have helped him, but he did not take the bait, and he did not respond to their,

I mean, look, the whole plan, Tony said this driving in today and he's absolutely

right they've the Democrats failed yesterday because there were a bunch of areas where you could

probably hit him and actually like land some blows and maybe potentially sway these

goobers like Murkowski and Collins but they were so over the top. The Democrats were so over the top

in their approach with him. And he sat there so calmly. He was calm, cool, collected. And, you know,

clearly he wants to do this. And he was he was coached very, very well on what the quote quote unquote undecided or fence setters are going to

want to see and they you know he he handled it marvelously like yesterday but these democrats almost

no conversation with him whatsoever about how he's going to run the u.s military other than they got

into some obsessive thing about if trump unleashes the military on U.S. citizens,

would you go along with it?

No plan on how you would lead in the Middle East or, you know, potential protection of our various ally.
