One, we have not really prepared this episode the way we have others, so this one's going

to really be off the cuff.

But boy, did we get fired up when I threw this topic out and we just wanted to record

an episode?

All right, so we are doing this because I was reading an article the other day and it

actually recommended, Bob, that sharing pet peeves is a huge team building bonding experience

because usually laughter turns into it.
