I'm joined by Gabrielle or Gabri Marconi, a data scientist at ADEM, who's developed an algorithm that identifies and

Hi, David.

Firstly, Sophia, could you give us an overview of the current labour market challenges in Luxembourg,

particularly the need for workers and job seekers to upskill or reskill?

Yeah, sure. So like many countries, Luxembourg's labour market is really undergoing a rapid transformation,

driven by digitalisation, AI adoption more recently, more importantly, just general shifting economic conditions.

Our data shows that over 70% of jobs in Luxembourg will evolve due to generative AI,

while fewer than 10% are at real risk of automation.

Which means that for us, at Adam, the central challenge is adaptation and focusing on adaptation rather than replacement. At the same time, employers continue to face
